ABOUT YATRA

"Step by step, I have learned to care for the body, regulate my emotions and calm my mind. Physical discomfort has softened, my body regained flexibility and strength, helping my inner voice to gradually become my best ally in life."
Biography
Just as gold is supposed to go through a journey of its own, through high temperatures, to come back to its purest form. Sometimes we are also called through tapas, this inner fire, to evolve into our higher selves and to support people along the way. This is what set me on the path of becoming a Yoga Therapist, to support myself and others on this beautiful journey of life.
Throughout my training journey, I was fortunate to meet remarkable teachers, guides and deeply inspiring individuals across Europe and Asia.
These encounters led me to deepen my own journey of transformation and to bring this vision to life.
Very few of us are ever taught how to regulate our emotions and thoughts, particularly in Europe. In Asia and especially in India, there is often a different relationship with emotions, thoughts and these subtle inner impressions.
In India, the culture is deeply rooted in spirituality, a profound devotion to life and a beautiful way of embracing everyday challenges. I was lucky to experience it and I would like to create a bridge between these worlds for everyone to feel it too.
For the past few years, I have been spending most of my time in India and life taught me simple practices that can be integrated into my day to day activities. These tools helped me become more autonomous, observe myself with greater clarity and cultivate a quieter, more peaceful inner space.
As you went through this bio, right now I will share with you what Yatra means. This is a Sanskrit word meaning journey or pilgrimage. It is far more than travelling from one place to another. It is an inner journey that invites us to return to ourselves before reconnecting more deeply with the world around us.
This Yatra has helped me to be in tune with the Nature that lives within and around me, to simply learn how to be with greater confidence. What matters most is not beginning with great intensity, but cultivating a lasting attitude toward ourselves. Before we can truly be present for our family, our friends or those around us, we must first learn to care for ourselves.
This is the heart of my work as a Yoga Therapist, alongside my roles as an Integral Yoga teacher, a Heartfulness meditation trainer and an Agile Coach supporting individuals and organisations.
